Turnkey LED PCB assembly (LED PCBA)

LED PCB assembly is where your board becomes a working light source: components sourced, LEDs placed and reflowed, then inspected and tested. LED assembly has its own demands — reflow profiles tuned for thermal substrates, careful handling of sensitive diodes, and optical-grade cleanliness.

We run full turnkey programs: send Gerbers and a BOM, and we handle fabrication, sourcing, SMT, inspection and testing. We assemble onto every LED board type we make, from aluminum MCPCB and ceramic to flexible boards, at prototype through production volumes.
