The PCBSYNC PET Flexible PCB delivers a highly efficient, lightweight interconnect solution for modern electronic assemblies where space is limited and cost optimization is critical. Utilizing a premium polyester film substrate rather than standard polyimide, this flexible printed circuit (FPC) provides excellent tensile strength, moisture resistance, and dimensional stability. It is specifically engineered for low-temperature applications, membrane interfaces, and static or low-flex tracking systems that require a reliable, streamlined footprint.

Substrate Material: Base polyester (PET) film, available in thicknesses from 25µm to 125µm.
Conductive Layer: High-purity rolled annealed (RA) or electro-deposited (ED) copper foil.
Thermal Range: Optimised for operating environments up to 80°C; compatible with low-temperature soldering and conductive inks.
Circuit Density: Supports single-sided and double-sided configurations with fine line/space capabilities down to 0.1mm.
Surface Finishes: Options include Immersion Gold (ENIG), Immersion Tin, or Organic Solderability Preservatives (OSP) to ensure stable contact resistance.
