The Arlon PCB 8-Layer CLTE-XT board is a highly stable, micro-dispersed ceramic PTFE laminate designed for advanced aerospace RF backplane architectures. Operating in demanding microwave environments requires materials that resist dimensional change, and this multilayer fabrication ensures minimal insertion loss and excellent phase stability. Engineered for structural reliability, it bridges the gap between complex digital processing and high-frequency RF distribution.

  • Material Matrix: Micro-dispersed ceramic PTFE (Arlon CLTE-XT) for low moisture absorption.

  • Dielectric Constant (DK): Controlled at 2.94 ($\pm 0.04$) to maintain uniform impedance.

  • Dissipation Factor (DF): Low loss tangent of 0.0012 at 10 GHz.
