The Arlon PCB CLTE-XT low Df PCB is a high-performance, microglass-reinforced PTFE substrate designed specifically for high-frequency RF and millimetre-wave (mmWave) circuit applications. Engineered for critical electronic systems, this laminate addresses the strict electrical and mechanical demands of aerospace, defense, and 5G telecommunications infrastructure. It provides engineering teams with the phase stability and low insertion loss required to maintain signal integrity at extreme operational frequencies.

  • Ultra-Low Loss Tangent: A dissipation factor (Df) of 0.0025 at 10 GHz minimizes signal attenuation and dielectric loss in high-frequency paths.

  • Stable Dielectric Constant: Maintains a controlled Dk of 3.00 ($\pm$ 0.04) across a wide temperature range, ensuring predictable impedance matching.

  • Thermal Phase Stability: Low electrical phase change with temperature variance protects signal consistency in outdoor and high-heat environments.

  • Excellent Dimensional Stability: Microglass reinforcement yields a low X/Y axis CTE (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion), making it highly reliable for complex multi-layer registration and fine-line circuitry.
