Why equipment matters

The quality of a board starts with the tools

Fine lines, tiny microvias, tight impedance and high layer counts are only as good as the machines that make them. PCBSync has set a high-end benchmark in PCB manufacturing equipment — sourced locally and internationally, and continually upgraded — so demanding designs are built right the first time, at speed.

Finer features

Laser direct imaging (LDI) holds tight registration and fine lines and spaces down to 3 mil — without the drift of film-based exposure.

HDI & reliability

Laser drilling, sequential lamination and VCP plating produce stacked microvias and uniform copper for any-layer HDI and high-reliability boards.

Verified in-line

X-ray registration, AOI and 100% electrical test are built into the flow — every board is measured, not just made.

The full line

Every stage, in-house

A complete fabrication line under one roof means tighter control, faster turns and fewer hand-offs — from raw laminate to a tested, finished board.

Imaging & drilling

Defining the pattern and the holes — where precision begins.

Laser Direct Imaging (LDI)

Direct-write imaging for fine lines and spaces with excellent layer-to-layer registration — no phototool drift.

Fine-line capability

CNC & Laser Drilling

Mechanical drilling to 0.15 mm and laser microvias to 0.1 mm for blind, buried and stacked-via constructions.

HDI capability

X-Ray Registration

X-ray target / registration keeps inner layers aligned on high-layer-count and HDI boards.

Multilayer PCB

Lamination & plating

Building the stack and the copper — strength and conductivity.

Vacuum Lamination Press

Multilayer and sequential lamination with controlled heat and pressure for void-free, registered stacks.

Rigid-flex capability

VCP Electroplating

Vertical continuous plating for uniform copper distribution, reliable hole-wall plating and heavy copper.

Heavy copper

Via Fill & Plating

Copper-filled and capped vias (VIPPO) and plated-shut microvias for fine-pitch BGA fan-out.

Via-in-pad

Finishing & test

Solder mask, finish, profiling and 100% verification.

Solder Mask & Finish

LPI solder mask plus ENIG, OSP, immersion silver / tin, HASL and hard gold surface-finish lines.

Surface finishes

Routing & V-Cut

CNC routing, V-scoring and beveling for precise profiles, slots and panelization.

Plated slots

AOI & Flying-Probe Test

Automated optical inspection and 100% electrical test (flying probe / universal grid) before shipment.

PCB equipment — FAQ

Our in-house line covers laser direct imaging (LDI), CNC and laser drilling, vacuum lamination press, X-ray inner-layer registration, VCP electroplating, automated solder mask and surface-finish lines, CNC routing / V-cut, AOI and flying-probe electrical test — acquired and continually upgraded since 2005.

Fine lines and spaces down to 3 mil, HDI with laser microvias and any-layer build-up, controlled impedance to ±7%, heavy copper to 12 oz, blind and buried vias, via-in-pad and back-drilling, and high layer counts up to 56 layers.

Our quick-turn line ships 2-layer boards in 12 hours, 4-layer in 48 hours and 6-layer in 72 hours, with prototype-to-volume capacity.

Quality is built in with X-ray registration, automated optical inspection (AOI), 100% electrical test (flying probe / universal grid) and impedance / TDR verification, under an ISO 9001 system with UL and IPC compliance. See our quality control and PCB laboratory.

Send your Gerbers and stackup through the inquiry form above or upload them on our contact page. We reply with a quote, usually within 24 hours, plus a free DFM review.
