A first-level PCB laboratory,
so quality is proven — not promised.

High-quality PCBs must be tested by a first-level laboratory. PCBSync runs dedicated physics and chemistry labs with 20+ instruments, so every board is verified to IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 before it ships.

Why it matters

For high-reliability boards, testing isn't optional

A board can look perfect and still fail in the field — a thin via wall, a marginal lamination, a contaminated surface. A first-level laboratory exists to find those failures here, on the bench, instead of in your product. It is the difference between a supplier who hopes a board is good and one who can prove it.

Catch defects before you do

Microsection, X-ray registration and thermal stress reveal hidden plating, via and lamination issues that no visual check can — long before they reach assembly or the field.

Proven, not assumed

Electrical, physical and chemical analysis means each shipment is backed by measured data — essential for medical, automotive, aerospace and other demanding programs.

A partner for your R&D

We open our lab to your development projects — verifying designs, running reliability checks and giving engineering feedback so you de-risk before volume.

Inside the lab

Our physics & chemistry laboratories

Dedicated, climate-controlled lab spaces where our engineers qualify every board across physical, chemical and electrical testing.

Laboratory equipment

The instruments behind every verified board

More than twenty calibrated instruments, grouped by what they verify — from layer registration and plating thickness to bath chemistry, impedance and reliability.

Dimensional & structural analysis

Layer registration, thickness, copper and adhesion verified inside the board.

Chemical analysis

Bath chemistry, contamination and compliance from the chemistry lab.

Electrical testing

Impedance and insulation verification.

Thermal & material reliability

Stress, resin behaviour and thermal response of materials.

Final inspection

Last-line verification before shipment.

One laboratory, three disciplines

Electrical, physics & chemistry — under one roof

High-quality boards are verified from three angles. We run all three in-house, so testing is fast, traceable and never outsourced.

Electrical lab

Every board, tested electrically

100% verification of connectivity and isolation, plus impedance and dielectric testing.

Physics lab

Structure & reliability, proven

Cross-sectional, dimensional and stress analysis that confirms what's inside the board.

  • X-ray registration & plating thickness
  • Board / V-cut thickness & 2D metrology
  • Copper adhesion & thermal stress
Chemistry lab

Clean, solderable surfaces

Chemical and surface analysis that protects long-term solderability and reliability.

  • CVS bath & UV spectrophotometer
  • Ionic contamination & pH
  • RoHS compliance screening

PCB Laboratory — FAQ

High-reliability PCBs must be verified, not assumed. An in-house first-level laboratory lets us test boards electrically and validate plating, lamination, solderability and reliability with physics and chemistry analysis — catching issues before they ever reach your product.

Our physics and chemistry labs hold 20+ instruments, including an X-ray inner-layer registration tester, board-thickness and CMI900 plating-thickness testers, copper thickness and adhesion testers, a 2D measuring detector, impedance and insulation-resistance testers, CVS bath analysis, UV spectrophotometer, ionic-contamination and RoHS testers, a temperature & humidity chamber, and resin-flow and gel-time testers.

Inspection and acceptance follow IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001, with documented sampling, pass/fail criteria and data retention. Measurement equipment is calibrated to traceable standards with gauge repeatability and reproducibility (GR&R) studies, and quality is monitored with statistical process control (SPC).

Yes. We extend laboratory access for R&D projects to verify PCB designs, and our engineers provide testing support — functional, environmental and reliability assessment — to identify potential issues before product deployment.

Send your Gerbers, stackup and test requirements through the inquiry form above or upload them on our contact page. We reply with a quote and recommended test plan, usually within 24 hours.

Quality you can verify.

Partner with a manufacturer whose laboratory proves every board — from electrical test to full physical and chemical analysis. Send your files for a test plan and quote, usually within 24 hours.
