Built upon a 0.1mm polyimide (PI) substrate, this custom Flexible PCB is engineered for dynamic flexing cycles and severe vibration resistance. The single-layer copper structure, combined with an Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold (ENIG) surface finish, ensures flat component mounting surfaces and excellent oxidation resistance. This makes it an optimal choice for compact, low-profile electronic assemblies requiring fine-pitch components.

  • Base Material: 0.1mm Polyimide (PI) substrate for superior thermal stability and tear resistance.

  • Surface Finish: Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold (ENIG) provides flat pads for fine-pitch surface mount technology (SMT) and reliable wire bonding.

  • Copper Structure: Standard 1 oz (35 µm) rolled annealed (RA) copper, optimised for repeated mechanical stress and dynamic flex cycles.

  • Coverlay Protection: Polyimide film integrated with high-temperature adhesive to protect copper traces from moisture, chemicals, and abrasion.

  • Tight Bend Radius: Engineered to accommodate severe bend profiles in space-constrained hardware.
