  • Base Material: Polyimide (PI) core, offering exceptional thermal stability, tensile strength, and chemical resistance.

  • Layer Count: 2-layer (double-sided) construction with precision-drilled plated through-holes (PTH) for seamless layer interconnection.

  • Surface Finish: ENIG gold surface finish provides superior oxidation resistance, a flat surface for fine-pitch SMT components, and excellent shelf life.

  • Copper Thickness: Available in standard 0.5 oz (18µm) or 1 oz (35µm) copper foil weights to meet distinct current-carrying requirements.
