The XC7VX415T-2FFG1158C is a high-performance Virtex-7 XT FPGA from Xilinx (now AMD), engineered for bandwidth-intensive and signal-processing workloads. Built on a 28 nm high-k metal gate (HKMG) HPL process, this device packs 412,160 logic cells, integrated PCIe Gen3 blocks and high-speed GTH transceivers into a compact FCBGA-1158 package. As a result, designers can target wired communications, radar, image processing and high-end data-acquisition systems on a single programmable platform.
