Built on TSMC’s 28 nm high-performance, low-power (HPL) HKMG process, the XC7VX1140T-L2FLG1928E delivers up to 50% lower static power than previous-generation devices, making it ideal for power-sensitive yet compute-heavy systems.

This device packs 1,139,200 logic cells, roughly 67 Mb of block RAM, and a massive array of DSP48E1 slices into a 1928-ball flip-chip BGA package. The “L2” speed grade indicates the low-voltage, lower-power binning, while the trailing “E” denotes the extended (expanded) temperature range.
