The XC7VX1140T-G2FLG1926E is a flagship Virtex-7 XT FPGA originally developed by Xilinx (now AMD), engineered for the most demanding signal processing, networking, and high-bandwidth connectivity applications. Built on TSMC’s 28 nm high-k metal gate (HKMG) HPL process and housed in a 1926-ball flip-chip BGA package, this device delivers 1,139,200 logic cells and 4.7 TMAC/s of DSP performance while consuming up to 50% less power than previous-generation silicon. Moreover, the -2GE speed grade with extended temperature support makes it suitable for industrial and harsh-environment deployments.
