What We Manufacture

PCB Fabrication

Single-layer to 40+ layer boards with capabilities spanning HDI, rigid-flex, flexible circuits, heavy copper, and high-frequency RF/microwave designs. We work with specialty materials rated for extreme environments and maintain tolerance standards that meet aerospace and medical specifications.

Technical Specifications:

  • Minimum trace/space: 3/3 mil (production), 2/2 mil (prototype capability)
  • Via technology: Laser-drilled microvias, blind/buried vias, HDI (1+N+1 to any-layer)
  • Aspect ratio: Up to 16:1 through-hole, 1:1 microvias
  • Materials: FR4 (standard and high-Tg), Rogers, Isola, Taconic, polyimide, aluminum-core
  • Impedance control: ±5% tolerance (±10% tight tolerance available)
  • Copper weight: 0.5oz to 13oz (heavy copper for power applications)
  • Surface finishes: ENIG, HASL (lead-free and leaded), OSP, Immersion Silver, hard gold
  • Min hole size: 0.15mm (6 mil)
  • Board thickness range: 0.2mm to 7.0mm

PCB Assembly

Full SMT and through-hole assembly with mixed-technology support. We handle prototype runs starting at single units and scale to production volumes without retooling delays. No minimum order quantities on prototypes.

Assembly Capabilities:

  • Component sizes: 0201, 01005 chip components
  • Package types: 0.3mm pitch BGAs, QFNs, CSPs, PoP (package-on-package)
  • Production volume: 1-piece NPI builds to [X units/month – put your capacity]
  • SMT lines: [X lines] with [X components per hour] placement speed
  • Conformal coating, selective soldering, potting services available
  • Lead-free (RoHS) and leaded (aerospace/military) assembly

Turnkey Production

We manage the complete supply chain—from component sourcing through final assembly and testing. Alternatively, we support consignment models where you control the BOM and we provide the manufacturing infrastructure.

Supply Chain Management:

  • Authorized distributor partnerships: [Arrow, Avnet, Digi-Key, Mouser – list your actual partners]
  • Component obsolescence monitoring and lifecycle management
  • Counterfeit mitigation: All ICs sourced from franchised distributors or factory-direct
  • Average component lead time: 4-6 weeks (expedite to 1-2 weeks available)
  • Inventory consignment programs (VMI) for high-volume customers

Engineering Support

Our DFM analysis catches costly design issues before they reach the production floor. We’ve helped customers reduce layer counts, optimize component placement, and improve yields through practical engineering consultation.

Design Services Include:

  • DFM review with actionable feedback (turnaround: 24-48 hours)
  • Impedance calculation and stackup design
  • Component alternative recommendations for cost reduction
  • Thermal management analysis
  • Test point placement optimization

Production Capabilities

Speed

Quick-turn prototypes ship in days, not weeks. Our production scheduling accommodates urgent requests without deprioritizing existing commitments. We’ve built our processes around the reality that product development timelines compress and market windows don’t wait.

Lead Times:

  • Prototype PCBs: 3-5 days (expedite to 24-48 hours available)
  • Prototype assembly: 5-7 days after board delivery
  • Production runs: 2-5 weeks – be specific based on volume
  • On-time delivery rate: 99.8% (measured within quoted lead time)

Scale

Prototype-to-production transitions happen in the same facility with the same team. You won’t need to re-qualify a different manufacturer when you’re ready to scale. Volume pricing applies without sacrificing the engineering access you had during development.

Capacity:

  • Monthly fabrication capacity: 20000 sq meters
  • Monthly assembly capacity: 50000 units
  • Production schedule: 24/6 operation with expedite capability

Technical Capacity

Decades of combined engineering experience across our team. We stay current with emerging materials, advanced packaging techniques, and evolving industry standards. If you’re working on something new, we’ve likely handled something similar.

Our Commitment to Quality

Quality is the cornerstone of everything we do at PCBsync. We maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout every stage of production, with capabilities to meet IPC Class 2 and Class 3 standards for mission-critical applications. Our quality management system ensures consistent results, comprehensive testing protocols, and full traceability for every order.
