Notes:
For PCB fabrication, we require PCB design file in Gerber RS-274X format (most preferred), *.PCB/DDB (Protel, inform your program version) format or *.BRD (Eagle) format. For PCB assembly, we require PCB design file in above mentioned format, drilling file and BOM. Click to download BOM template To avoid file missing, please include all files into one folder and compress it into .zip or .rar format.

Electronic Components Sourcing

Sourcing high-quality electronic components is essential to create quality products for your brand. Choosing the right parts ensures that your products are functional and useful for end users.

Our prototype runs are often a mix of large BGAs and tiny 0201 components, and we’ve had issues with other assembers on yield. PCBsync’s assembly team delivered a perfect first-run success. The board was pristine, the solder joints were impeccable under the microscope, and everything worked straight out of the box. Their attention to detail in the assembly process saved us weeks of debug time. They are now our go-to for critical prototype assembly.

Scaling from hundreds to tens of thousands of units for our smart home device presented huge supply chain and manufacturing challenges. PCBsync’s full electronic manufacturing service was the solution. They didn’t just build the PCB; they managed the entire box-build, sourced all components (even during shortages), and implemented a rigorous quality control system that drastically reduced our field failure rate. They act as a true extension of our own production team.

RO4350B 0.8mm 2oz 3u Gold 14-Layer WiFi 7 Multi-Link Operation Board

Product Details

The RO4350B 14-layer WiFi 7 Multi-Link Operation board is a high-frequency, high-density interconnect solution engineered specifically for next-generation wireless communications. As WiFi 7 introduces Multi-Link Operation (MLO) to aggregate multiple bands simultaneously, this controlled-impedance circuit board provides the strict dielectric stability required to eliminate phase noise and signal degradation. Built on standard-setting Rogers hydrocarbon ceramic laminates, it allows network product developers and RF engineers to maximize data throughput in dense multi-band environments.

Key Features of the RO4350B 14-Layer Board

  • Advanced Material Matrix: Built with genuine Rogers RO4350B laminates for low dielectric tolerance ($3.48 \pm 0.05$) and a low dissipation factor to minimize insertion loss at 6 GHz and 7 GHz frequencies.

  • 14-Layer High-Density Interconnect: Complex multi-layer stackup optimized for routing dense MLO architectures, isolated RF traces, and dedicated ground planes.

  • Heavy Copper & Slim Profile: Features a 0.8mm overall board thickness with 2oz finished copper layers to optimize heat dissipation without increasing enclosure volume.

  • Premium 3u” Gold Surface Finish: Thick 3-microinch Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold (ENIG) plating ensures flat component landing pads for fine-pitch surface mount technology (SMT) and long-term oxidation resistance.

Applications

  • Enterprise WiFi 7 access points, routers, and edge computing gateways.

  • High-capacity telecommunications infrastructure and base stations.

  • Multi-band RF transceivers and high-speed digital backplanes.

  • Industrial IoT mesh networks requiring real-time data synchronization.
