Electronic Components Sourcing

Sourcing high-quality electronic components is essential to create quality products for your brand. Choosing the right parts ensures that your products are functional and useful for end users.

Our prototype runs are often a mix of large BGAs and tiny 0201 components, and we’ve had issues with other assembers on yield. PCBsync’s assembly team delivered a perfect first-run success. The board was pristine, the solder joints were impeccable under the microscope, and everything worked straight out of the box. Their attention to detail in the assembly process saved us weeks of debug time. They are now our go-to for critical prototype assembly.

Scaling from hundreds to tens of thousands of units for our smart home device presented huge supply chain and manufacturing challenges. PCBsync’s full electronic manufacturing service was the solution. They didn’t just build the PCB; they managed the entire box-build, sourced all components (even during shortages), and implemented a rigorous quality control system that drastically reduced our field failure rate. They act as a true extension of our own production team.

XC7VX1140T-2FLG1926C: Xilinx Virtex-7 XT FPGA with 1.14M Logic Cells & 96 GTH Transceivers

Product Details

XC7VX1140T-2FLG1926C Overview

The XC7VX1140T-2FLG1926C is a high-performance Virtex-7 XT FPGA from Xilinx (now AMD), engineered for the most demanding networking, signal processing, and ASIC prototyping workloads. As the largest device in the Virtex-7 XT family, it delivers 1,139,200 logic cells, 96 GTH multi-gigabit transceivers, and 1.4 Tb/s of total I/O bandwidth in a single 1926-pin flip-chip BGA package.

Built on TSMC’s 28 nm HPL high-k metal gate process and using Xilinx’s stacked silicon interconnect (SSI) technology, the XC7VX1140T-2FLG1926C combines four super logic regions (SLRs) on a passive silicon interposer to deliver capacity that no monolithic die could match — while consuming up to 50% less power than 40 nm predecessors. It is a flagship part among Xilinx FPGA devices for 400G networking, 100G OTN, radar, software-defined radio, and high-frequency trading platforms.
