Notes:
For PCB fabrication, we require PCB design file in Gerber RS-274X format (most preferred), *.PCB/DDB (Protel, inform your program version) format or *.BRD (Eagle) format. For PCB assembly, we require PCB design file in above mentioned format, drilling file and BOM. Click to download BOM template To avoid file missing, please include all files into one folder and compress it into .zip or .rar format.

Electronic Components Sourcing

Sourcing high-quality electronic components is essential to create quality products for your brand. Choosing the right parts ensures that your products are functional and useful for end users.

Our prototype runs are often a mix of large BGAs and tiny 0201 components, and we’ve had issues with other assembers on yield. PCBsync’s assembly team delivered a perfect first-run success. The board was pristine, the solder joints were impeccable under the microscope, and everything worked straight out of the box. Their attention to detail in the assembly process saved us weeks of debug time. They are now our go-to for critical prototype assembly.

Scaling from hundreds to tens of thousands of units for our smart home device presented huge supply chain and manufacturing challenges. PCBsync’s full electronic manufacturing service was the solution. They didn’t just build the PCB; they managed the entire box-build, sourced all components (even during shortages), and implemented a rigorous quality control system that drastically reduced our field failure rate. They act as a true extension of our own production team.

PCBSync Low Volume PCB Assembly Services

Product Details

Bringing your electronics to life shouldn’t require a massive production run. PCBSync’s Low Volume PCB Assembly Services are built for engineers, startups, and product teams who need high-quality boards fast — without the overhead of large-scale manufacturing commitments.

Whether you’re building prototypes, running a pilot batch, or fulfilling a small production order, PCBSync delivers precision assembly with the same attention to detail you’d expect from a full-scale facility.

What We Offer

PCBSync handles the full assembly process from start to finish. We support both SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and through-hole components, as well as mixed-technology boards that combine both. Our team works with a wide range of component packages — from standard passives to fine-pitch ICs and BGAs — so your design doesn’t have to be simplified to fit our capabilities.

We accept orders starting from a single board, making us the right partner for early-stage development and iterative testing. As your project scales, we scale with you.

Fast Turnaround, No Compromises

Speed matters in product development. PCBSync offers expedited turnaround options so you can hit your milestones without waiting weeks for assembled boards. Our streamlined quoting and order process means less back-and-forth and more time building.

Standard lead times are competitive, and rush options are available when your timeline demands it. We’ll give you a clear, honest schedule upfront — no surprises.

Quality You Can Count On

Low volume doesn’t mean low standards. Every board assembled at PCBSync goes through rigorous quality checks, including automated optical inspection (AOI) and, where required, X-ray inspection for hidden solder joints on BGA and QFN packages. We follow IPC-A-610 workmanship standards to ensure every assembly meets industry-accepted quality benchmarks.

Optional functional testing and in-circuit testing (ICT) services are available to give you added confidence before your boards ship.

Turnkey and Consigned Options

PCBSync offers flexible service models to fit your workflow. Choose our turnkey service and we’ll handle component sourcing, procurement, and assembly — you just send us your BOM and Gerber files. Prefer to supply your own parts? Our consigned assembly option lets you ship components directly to us, and we’ll take it from there.

We work with your preferred component suppliers or leverage our established distributor relationships to source parts efficiently and cost-effectively.

Engineering Support Built In

Our team includes experienced engineers who review your design files before production begins. We flag potential assembly issues, suggest design-for-manufacturability (DFM) improvements, and communicate clearly so problems are solved before they become costly mistakes.

You get a real point of contact — not just a ticket number.

Who It’s For

PCBSync Low Volume PCB Assembly is ideal for hardware startups, R&D teams, university projects, independent inventors, and any organization that needs reliable, professional assembly without minimum order quantity pressure.

From your first prototype to your first production run, PCBSync is the assembly partner that grows with your product.
